There's a possibility that you sorted the deposit drop-down arrow that's why the balance is showing as n/a. You'll need to sort the date on your bank register to show the total balance amount.
To do this, please follow the detailed steps below:
- On the left tab, click Banking.
- Select Go to Register.
- Click the Date drop-down arrow to sort the transaction.
