Buy nowI'm here to provide some steps to ensure you'll be able to update your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @jessicar-2000.
First, may I know if you encounter any error messages when attempting to update the Navy Federal Credit Union bank in QBO? That information is a great help so I can provide a timely solution.
In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. We can start by manually updating the transaction to refresh the connection of your account with the program. Here's how:
If the same thing happens, I recommend logging in to your bank's website to verify if there are any maintenance issues. Once signed in, check if there are messages, notifications, or alerts that need immediate action. This may be the reason why transactions don't sync to your account.
However, if the issue persists, you may proceed to Step 3 of this article about updating your banking info in QBO: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also includes a list of banking errors and its corresponding fixes.
Additionally, you might want to manually upload bank transactions to QBO using a CSV file. Then, refer to the instructions in this link to categorize and match them in QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know any updates on how this goes. I appreciate any information you can add. I'm just around here in the Community to provide further assistance in resolving your banking concern. Have a good one.
I was able to update transactions. But ever time I confirm my identity with the code, it still leaves my account unconnected.
Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same issue persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
