As I am beginning a bank reconciliation with none of the circles checked, at the top it is showing that there are already two withdrawals/payments made and counted. It turns out that this amount is what I am off by. How can I find these two payments?

Another way that you might consider doing this is by going to the register. From the Accounting menu, select the account where the payments are placed.
If the same thing happens, we can refresh your browser to optimize QuickBooks' performance. This could be the reason why payments are showing.
You can check the reconciliation workflow in QuickBooks as a reference that can aid you whenever you need assistance with a reconciliation. You can also view, print, or export reconciliation reports to get data from previous reconciliations: How to View, Print, or Export Reconciliation Report?.
Don't hesitate to post another one below if need further help with those payments or have any other concerns related to QuickBooks. Take care and stay safe, Birdwell Bookkeeping.
