If this would be my case, I would also prefer to see the details than just seeing PayPal in the description.
QuickBooks only shows the information forwarded from your PayPal account. We can add the Bank Details column to see if they've included the details of your transactions. If they do, you can use Bank text in your rule instead of description.
To add the column:
- Click the small Gear icon above the ACTION column.
- Place a checkmark in the Show bank details checkbox.
In regard to the balance, you can click the Update button to refresh it.
