In the middle of December purchase transactions from PayPal will not post in Banking for two vendors. One is a longtime vendor and had multiple transactions earlier in the month work without issue. Anyone else having an issue or have an idea what could cause the problem?
Thanks for reaching out to us, @sourcemb. Let's work together to troubleshoot and resolve your concern about missing PayPal transactions from two vendors in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're having trouble finding the latest transactions or if updates seem to be stuck, don't worry. We can go over some details to make sure the program resumes downloading entries.
First, perform a manual download by clicking the Update button. Doing so imports the latest transactions from your bank or credit card account.
If the issue persists, it's also possible that the problem is on the bank's end. To confirm, I recommend signing in to their website and checking for any messages, notifications, or alerts.
Please see this article for more detailed information: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, we recommend performing monthly account reconciliations to ensure they match your bank statements.

Thanks for the quick response.
To clarify:
Transactions are all from PayPal bank and are automatically downloaded when QuickBooks opens. They upload without any issues, and approximately 50 other transactions from customers and vendors were accepted without any issue. I can manually enter the one from August Lane as it is a single transaction with a single item. There are multiple ones from Blakeley and each includes multiple items.
As noted in the original post, transactions for Blakely were posting without any issued up to this batch.
