Every time I try to import downloaded transactions into my QuickBooks file it crashes.
Please see the crash report attached. I've done everything I can think of to fix it and your website has no answers.
I've also run the data rebuild utility several times. Not sure why but this only happens with one of my companies.
Please give me additional suggestions.
I just removed the program and the PLIST files and reinstalled it and had the same problem!

Is there an update on this? It's been 2 months since this post. I would expect they have it figured out by now. I still can't get any banking files to load into QB without it crashing.

So, is Intuit offering refunds for this? I purchased a $220 upgrade in February thinking this might be the problem. Now, I have no ability to finish up my business books for 2019 and the program I purchased is worthless to me until fixed. Two months seems like plenty of time to get this resolved.
Hello, @Foilking.
Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as a partner in your business. Our developers have already resolved the issue with importing your bank transactions in your QuickBooks for Mac.
I recommend updating QuickBooks before importing transactions, to improve program functionality and fix known issues. Also, to have the latest version of QuickBooks.
To update your QuickBook for Mac, here’s how.
Once done updating.
Log in to your financial institution and filter accounts for a specific date range to download and import into QuickBooks. If the information does not import, you can try to deactivate/reactivate online services. Any downloaded transactions that are duplicates need to be ignored to delete, and add new and match to existing the transactions you wish to import.
I’ll be leaving you this article on how to add and match transactions and set up and use Online Banking. Set up and use Online Banking (Mac).
Please let me know if you have other questions. Have a nice day!
It does NOT work. I'm running the latest version and the second I click on "Downloaded Transactions" it instantly crashes EVERY TIME!!
Thanks for the update, Foilking.
