Join nowwhen my coworker do bank recon in QB desktop, both beginning and Ending balances are correct and there is no discrepancy. But, after running the reconciliation report, beginning and Ending balance are different and not match with bank statement. if we go to Banking> Reports >Reconciliation Discrepancy for check, there is no discrepancy. it is pretty weird. If I do the same reconciliation from my account, the reconciliation report is correct and there is no discrepancy. How should we fix up the issue? Can we reach to any support agent's phone directly?

Seems like I need to give permission to my coworker to run the custom report from her QB desktop.
Which user role do I need to give to my coworker? Which permission do I need to grant her to run the custom report by herself?
Thanks for joining this thread, @SShaw2. I'd love to walk you through the steps to ensure you're able to assign restrictions to your coworker.
