While verifying identity for setting up bill pay, my colleague is getting the following error. He cleared the cache, logged out and logged back in multiple times but still facing the same issue. Could you please let us know what is required to be done for the below? He logs on to QBO via Google Chrome.

Normally, there are recommended operating systems and internet speeds that you'll have to follow when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). You'll want to let your colleague follow what is highly recommended system requirements to prevent any issues and errors. Also, ensure that he's using the most updated browser with bill pay verification errors. Please check out the screenshot below:

My colleague got an email from QB that his application is not approved - based on the information provided. What does this email mean? He was able to successfully verify his identity in Company 1. This is a new company which was recently set up and we are trying to set up Bill Pay.
