I have a new client that just starting a QuickBooks Online subscription and added me as an accountant user.
She is behind on filing her taxes. Once the bank account is linked, is there a way to pull bank feeds for all of 2020? Or are we stuck doing manual transactions for the 2020 information?
Any help would be appreciated!
Lauren
I got your back, SundoElliott415.
When you connect to a bank account, QuickBooks automatically download up to 90 days of transactions. The data that was downloaded and displayed in the Bank Feeds is dependent on what your bank has shared with us and how your transaction was posted on your bank’s website.
You can upload a CSV file from your bank for the date range that you want. When getting transactions from your bank, I recommend choosing the QuickBooks Online (QBO) format. These files are formatted specifically for QuickBooks.
To ensure you've got the correct format before uploading it into QBO, I suggest visiting this article for a guide: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

I'm still around to back you up if you need additional banking tips. Assistance is a reply away.
Thank you so much! This really helps!
