Quickbooks Online - Banking Integration

Good day,

I am looking for a list of Bulgarian Banks that are integrated with Quickbooks Online prior to choosing the bank for my company.

If I can get a list of all supported with QB Online banks in Bulgaria, that would be very helpful

Hello, @Anonymous.

I'm here to help share information about connecting bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of now, there isn't a list of supported banks that are integrated with QBO since new financial institution are constantly being added. However, you have the option to determine if your bank can be integrated with QBO by using our Test Drive company. This helps you see/search for your bank to ensure if it's supported or not. Let me guide you how.

Open/access the QBO Test Drive company.
Select a test company based on your region.
Once done logging in successfully, click on Banking at the left pane.
Select Add account.
Search for you bank.
When your bank appears on the list of the search results, you're bank is supported. If you can't find your bank on the list, use the Request support for your bank option and ask us to add your bank.

Hi Angelyn,

Thank you for your response.

As I mentioned, I haven`t opened the bank account yet because I am trying to make a decision based on what bank is supported by QB. So, to me, having no information on banks supported in a particular country by QB puts into question whether I should use QB Online at all.

In the meantime, could you please explain what is going to happen once Request support for your bank? How long is it going to take you guys to include that bank into the list?

I also don`t see text drive for outside of US. How can I select a different country?

Hello there, @Anonymous,

You can find banks supported with QBO by searching through the banking feeds.

The approval depends on the number of requests we've received. Also, we're unable to provide the specific estimated time on when your financial institution will be added.

After submitting your request, you can manually bring in transactions via WebConnect.

About the test drive, you can still use the US test drive for QBO. However, the interface such as the sales tax may be different. You can select your country here and read through the website for available features offered on your country.
