I have been making mobile deposits via Quickbooks for several years. For some reason the option to make mobile deposits no longer appears in my Quickbooks Checking in the mobile app. Did something change?
Hello there, Timw3. Let me share some information regarding mobile deposit option is missing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Thanks for your response. I can't find the path you describe you clear the cache. Does settings mean IOS settings ob my Mac or iPhone? or settings within the quickbooks online app? I tried both and can find the next entry "quickbooks online". or anything else that makes sense. Sorry for being a little dense. :(( TW
Hello. Thank you for your response. I am not able to find path/steps you list as a method to clear the app cache.
I tried looking in the iOS settings on my iPhone and on the quickbooks online app on my iPhone and on the quickbooks online I log into from my Mac. Didn't find the first step.."Open settings and swipe down to quickbooks online" Only found "quickbooks" tab in iOS settings on iPhone but that did not lead to the next step. Sorry for being a little dense. TW
