Yes, I would like to categorize all the transactions as the Apple Card is my dedicated business credit card. I’ve categorized one of the transactions, but it still shows as a “cash” transaction. How do I specify a CSV import as part a specific credit card or bank account?

If you've imported those transactions under Cash account, that will show as one even after you categorize the transaction. It will only show as a Credit Card or a Bank transaction if you've imported it under that account. Check the screenshot below:
Since Apple Card is still unsupported in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you can import those transactions under Cash Account. No need to worry about your federal estimated tax, accounts won't affect those calculations.

Thank you. So just to be clear, any bank or credit card not supported by QBSE will need to have its transactions imported into the “cash” account?
This seems like way too much work. If I just add my receipts for business transactions (either by taking a picture or forwarding a receipt email to [email address removed]), is there any reason to import transactions from my Apple Credit card account?
Yes, that's right, userstevedalal.
You can import cash transactions from your own spreadsheet or from banks that aren't connected to QuickBooks Self-Employed. We have the Receipt forwarding feature that scans the images and enters the details for you and enters multiple receipts all at once.
To set up the feature, you can use this link: Forward receipt images to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Once you have your receipts and transaction manually imported into the system, you can categorize them.

This is a horrible response. The Credit Card is popular and I don't have time to do this work around. I paid for QB to do this very job and it does not. That's unsatisfactory,
They don't even support their own credit cards or banks through CreditKarma. It's weird.
