Currently, there is an ongoing issue with the missing Switch Company button in QuickBooks Online, which our Engineering team is actively addressing. In the meantime, you can manually sign out of your company and log in to the other.
In connection with this, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Support Team. They can add you to our notification list so that you can stay updated, and we will email you once more information becomes available.
To contact them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
