Filters can be the reason why some of the entries are missing. Let’s open the Transactions menu and change the Type, Account, and Date drop downs to All to verify.
Here’s how:
If you’re unable to find them, I recommend downloading a copy of these transactions from the bank using a CSV file. Once done, import it to QuickBooks.
Follow these steps:
Take a look at this article for the details: Import transactions from other sources.

I really need help all of my documents are missing from my app. Even when logging in online my account is showing up as a new account but I opened it in April
You have me to help you with this, 41285ricks.
Let's make sure we've entered the same login credentials on the mobile app and through online. If you're unsure about the user ID or password, we can click the Forgot your user ID or password link. This way, the program will send a reset password request to the email connected to the account. From there, you can change the password.
Afterwards, let's log in and check to see if the transactions are there.
If you still get the same thing, it would be best to reach out to our Phone Support team. They can take a look at your account and verify why this further. Here's how:
It would also help if you can provide the name of your bank so I can check if we have an issue with regards to this.
Please let me know how things work on your end. I'll be here to help you!
Why are some transaction missing
Hi, @ashishahuja1.
We can refresh your bank, to check if the missing transaction will appear after refreshing the banking page. Just click the Gear icon and select Bank accounts. Then, click Refresh all.
If the transactions are still missing, you can manually import it in QBSE.
Here's how:
You can also manually add the missing transactions in QBSE. Just refer to these articles for the steps and details:

I've changed the filters to all in the transactions section. I am missing transactions from 6/11/19-10/6/19. I've already tried importing them and it says they are already there.
Thanks for joining in this conversation, @jasminemckenzie. I appreciate you for trying the steps to locate your missing transactions.
At this point, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to help check your data and identify what's causing the issue. They can also request to investigate this issue whenever necessary.

I find it very concerning and disturbing, that I found two transactions missing rrom QBSE, but present in among the transactions in my bank statement.
How can I trust QBSE? If I found these two discrepancies, how many more not imported transactions might be found in my bank account statements? Should I now check thousands of transactions in order to double check whether QBSE does its job?!
Moreover, when I downloaded those missing transactions, and uploaded them to QBSE, I received this message:
We've filtered out 2 transactions that we already got through your bank connection.
So I needed to prompt QBSE to "Include all transactions". Thats obviously a BUG in QBSE. First of all, those two transactions were nowhere to found within QBSE, second, the file DID contain valid transaction data. It fontained those two missing transactions...
"We've filtered out 2 transactions that we already got through your bank connection.
Hello there, @Zsofica.
This is not what we want you to experience. It's my priority to ensure you'll be able to keep a handy copy of your data and I'll ensure you can see your missing transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Errors when uploading transactions can happen when the format is not correct. To isolate this issue, you can upload CSVs with either the following 3-column or 4-column format.
On the other hand, you'll want to check the CSV formatting styles. Also, know that the maximum file size is 350 KB to successfully upload those transactions in QuickBooks.
You can fine-tune the formatting if you receive an error message when you upload the file.
Once your file is formatted correctly, you can try to re-import the transactions again. You can read this article for more details about manually importing transactions in QBSE: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Once you're done, go to the Transactions menu and categorize your imported transactions. This way, QuickBooks puts them on the correct line of your Schedule C.
Additionally, you may want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your bank transactions and connectivity in QBSE: Banking Help for QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Feel free to get in touch with us if you need additional assistance with your missing bank transactions in QBSE. We'll be here to help you all the way. Keep safe.
Hi,
Thank you for your answer, although this is an impossible missin, given it is mid-May, and I have 17(!) accounts connected to my QBSE account. You don't think that I should manually check 68 imported CSV files + what was imported since May 1st?
It is very disappointing.
Also, when I first connected to QBSE it was April, so my Chase auto-import went back as far as 2/10 (90 days) which is exactly the day when these two transactions went missing. Because the transactions were auto-imported, one can just assume that the format (3 or 4 column) follows QBSE's requirements.
If auto-upload is not reliable, then QBSE should warn new customers like me that I should rather manually import the monthly CSV files because discfepancies might occur.
