I am new the QB and trying to finish up the setup process. I was trying to setup online banking with PNC. In the Connect Account screen, I clicked on the PNC button. A pop up window (https://api.pnc.com/login/web/authorize?client_id=e55d17a0-7099-411b-b46c-a3659f86578a) showed up, I am supposed to enter my login information. However, there was the error message, "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request". I can't finish my online banking setup. My account is business banking. I've tried to setup by selecting PNC Bank - Business Banking and PNC Bank. Neither of them works. What should I do? Thanks.

Glad to know that you're using QuickBooks to help run your business, @HLMP.
I can help get rid of the HTTP 400 error so you can successfully add a PNC credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Usually, a 400 Bad Request error occurs when a request sent to the website server is incorrect or corrupt. This is due to an issue that is perceived by the server.
The internet protocol HTTP hasn’t been correctly adhered to, which is why the request cannot be processed. Therefore, it prevents the website from being properly displayed. The reason for the error report is usually related to the browser used. We can perform some steps to get this resolved.
Let's start by accessing the QBO account to an incognito window. Here is the keyboard shortcut:
If this works, you can clear the cache and cookies of your browser. Clearing them fixes certain matters, like loading or formatting issues on sites. It also helps increase the performance of your computer. If not, you can use another supported browser. Possible that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
I’ve attached an article that has detailed instructions on how to connect your bank to QBO. In case you’ve noticed, you’re not getting the latest transactions, you can use this method to fix it: Connect bank and credit card accounts.
I’ll be here to help anytime if you have other banking concerns. Always take care.
