same, I thought we had done something wrong. I am assuming it has to do when they updated their systems and gave out the new credit cards to replace the old revolving ones.
i will be following the solution that was given. HOWEVER it being Sunday. I got the " OUR CUTSOMER SERVCE IS CLOSED PLEASE TRY Tomorrow"
please note you are not the only one. I am glad to see someone else had this issue. I am also having this issue with my LOWES PRO Card
Hello, and tank you.
We have not received new cards from HD.
I tried to connect to various URLs for HD and I receive the following error codes: 324, 102,103,106 in various orders. I have also reset my user ID and password with HD but nothing helps.
I resolved to entering the expenses manually.
Mine also stopped working in the same timeframe. I did receive a new card as part of their changes.
I have now found that I have two credit card entries for Home Depot Commercial Revolving (the new one cannot be "turned off" -- that option won't work).
I show that the account balance has recently updated to be correct, but showing a positive number instead of a negative number.
The transactions aren't coming through at all, even though the balance is updating (incorrectly).
I also just went through this with my Lowe's card, and that is now working, but it took months to resolve.

Was finally able to connect with the Home Depot Commercial Card today 8/6.
Unfortunately, the bank balance showing for Home Depot is showing a negative amount
and QBO shows a positive amount. Something is still wrong with the data feed.
Thank you for sharing your concern in the Community. I'd like to share some insights about bank feeds.
The bank balance refers to the actual balance of your bank account as of the last update from the bank feed. On the other hand, the QuickBooks balance represents the total balance of all bank transactions that you have added or matched in QuickBooks. Here are some potential explanations for why these balances may not match:
In your case, since the Bank balance is showing negative, you'll want to do a manual update of your bank account to refresh the connection for the new updates to reflect.
Here's how:
Depending on the factor that’s mentioned above, there are different steps to fix your issue. Here’s an article on the steps to fix or adjust these factors: How to Fix Differences Between QuickBooks Balance and Bank Balance.

I wanted to come back here and say that my Home Depot commercial revolving card is functioning normally again within QuickBooks Online (Self-Employed in my case).
I'm not sure what day it was exactly, but it was a week or so ago I believe. I didn't have to perform any specific actions or manual transaction to revolve past transactions either.
Thanks to the Intuit QB team for resolving this fairly quickly.
