Export transactions? Do you mean the bank feed feature for your bank?
Let me provide a few details to help you with your issue, Abarilla.
But before we proceed, may I know what specific transactions you mean? Are you getting an error message when exporting transactions? In general, QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers a simple way of moving entries so you can download and import them anytime. You can export transactions in the form of reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip format in just one go.
However, if you're still having issues with it, I recommend contacting our support team so they can help you check why this is happening. They have the tools to pull up your account securely. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

After issuing a paycheck, we have previously had the option to export that transaction into our separate accounting account. This is advantageous because it imports the payroll taxes correctly, rather than me having to split and enter those by hand for each employee. This worked seamlessly until a couple months ago, when we began to receive error messages. I have informed Intuit about the issue, and been told it was an issue on their end, and that their engineers are working on it. Two months in, there has been no meaningful update.

I find it problematic that this issue can continue to go on for months. I've just received another response with no ETA on resolution, but am still being charged to use Payroll services as normal. I would appreciate a more direct response on this issue.
