What is the ACH ID for Quickbooks Cash?

I'm trying to determine the ACH ID that would apply for ACH transactions originating from my Quickbooks Cash bank account (available under the Cash Flow tab).   My bank only allows outgoing ACH pulls from banks that I have specifically whitelisted.   I found this help page:  https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/set-up-employees/what-is-the-intuit-originating-or... but it does not specifically mention Quickbooks Cash or which one would actually apply if it is one of those for Quickbooks Cash originating ACH transactions.

What is the ACH ID for Quickbooks Cash?

The live chat with Contact Payments Support seems to be broken.   At least in Chrome and Firefox.   I think I got it to work in Safari, but the live chat page seems to have issues.

What is the ACH ID for Quickbooks Cash?

I've contacted support over every chat link referenced, I've called and talked to several different departments.   Nobody seems to know what this ACH ID is.   It was easy enough to get this ACH ID from Stripe every other bank vendor we have, but nobody in the customer support times with Payments, Online, or any other team seems to know what the ACH ID is for Quickbooks Cash.   Could you just add it to this page? https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/set-up-employees/what-is-the-intuit-originating-or...   It doesn't appear the ACH ID is very sensitive since Intuit has it published for all of those other departments.    Please add the ACH ID for Quickbooks Payments to that documentation on that page.   Thanks

I've come to guide you on how you can have your ACH ID for your QuickBooks Cash account, @Lavender.

Originating or ACH ID is required by financial institutions to authorize Intuit to debit your QuickBooks Cash account. Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your QuickBooks Payments account, I'd recommend contacting our Payments Support team. They have the necessary tools to find the ACH ID of your QuickBooks Cash transactions.

Here's how to contact us through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message or Get a callback). Make sure to initiate contact during support hours

Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you with QuickBooks Payments account: Most commonly asked questions about QuickBooks Payments. It includes related articles about funding status, payments processing, and account management, to name a few.

If you have other ACH ID concerns or inquiries about your QuickBooks Cash account, let me know in the comments below. I'll gladly help. Take care and stay safe always.
