You can check your bank register and filter the Reconcile status to show the reconciled transactions. Thay way, we can verify if the transactions are already reconciled.

Also, you can pull up the reconciliation report and verify if those transactions are already reconciled. The reconciliation report is useful if you have trouble reconciling the following month and when you meet with your accountant. Let me show you how:

I found the item, but on the bank register is it showing as a deposit and on the bank reconciliation it is showing as a check. I have attached snips to show what I am talking about

I'm here to ensure you're able to categorize your transactions and reconcile your account in QuickBooks Online.
You'll need to verify if you've reconciled with the same bank account. If so, you can review your bank statement and manually delete the transactions in the bank register.
Here's how:
1. Go to Accounting on the left panel.
2. Select Chart of Accounts and click the Account.
3. Choose the transactions you want to delete.
4. Click Delete. Then, Yes to confirm.
