Welcome to the Community @oceanavesilks-gm.
Thanks for checking in for help with your Etsy transactions. To clarify, were the Etsy transaction previously coming in and being categorized as income? If so, when did the categorization change?
I took a look and didn’t see any reports of issues with the Etsy. It’s a possibility that there may have been an update on Etsy’s platform.
If you don’t mind giving me the details around when this started, I’ll dive in deeper and see what we can find.
In the meantime, I’ll leave a couple of great resources for you:
I'll keep an eye out for your reply so we can get this resolved.
Thanks, Monica.
I looked for help on Etsy too. The link to the Etsy forum thread won't post here. I copied and pasted the posts from ampersay, an Etsy Community Specialist:

"We’re currently experiencing a data syncing issue with our QuickBooks integration. At this time, it’s not possible for new users to connect their shops to Quickbooks via the Sync with Etsy integration and existing QuickBooks users are unable to sync new transactions starting January 1, 2022.
Our team is working closely with Intuit to resolve this as soon as possible. As we have more information on the status of this issue, we’ll update this thread."

"Hey all!
The ability to sync your Etsy shop with QuickBooks has been resolved! New and existing QuickBooks users are able to sync their shops at this time.
Please note that if you are using QuickBooks Self Employed, we're aware of an issue where Etsy sales data is being labeled incorrectly. Our team is working with the teams at Intuit to correct this as soon as possible. Once this has been resolved, I'll update this thread.
Thanks! "
There haven't been any more updates.
There still has been no update to the issue of sales coming up as fees instead of income from Etsy's end. This is my first year using Quickbooks and this is confusing for me. I don't want to have to manually change everything, especially during busy time. Any updates from Quickbooks?
I understand that manually changing the category of your Etsy transaction causes delays during busy time, oceanavesilks-gm.
For now, we don't have updates from Etsy about sales showing up as fees. I recommend contacting Etsy through their community page. That way, they can contact you and provide additional information about the status of the issue.
Once everything looks good, you can review the category of your Etsy. When you categorize, QuickBooks puts your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C. This also organizes your income and expenses so you know what areas of your self-employed business have the biggest impact.
You can browse this link for additional information and check what are the available categories: Learn about Schedule C categories and how to categorize transactions in QuickBooks.

I have been unable to get support from Etsy on this issue. I found a bookkeeping program that syncs the income information correctly with Etsy and will go ahead and cancel QuickBooks.
The same thing is happening to me as well. Any updates on why ?
I am having the same issue. Please respond with the status of this.
THanks
Hello everyone,
I appreciate you for reaching out to us about the sales transactions from Etsy. I'm here to share some information regarding the process and help you get the support to fix the issue.
The data imported to QuickBooks will depend on the information provided by the third-party app. As advised by my colleagues, affected users will need to contact Etsy for further assistance with the transactions.
They have the necessary tools to review the data that's no longer showing as Income. I recommend posting your concern to their community page by clicking the link posted by @MaryLandT.
Also, I've added a link you can visit to upload transactions manually via CSV in QuickBooks: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Drop me a comment below if you need more help fixing the issue or uploading transactions. I'll be happy to help you some more.
