I'll share some information about when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

 

The deposit speed would depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. In addition, if you're a new user, your first set of payments we'll deposit within 5 business days. This is because we're still setting up your account. 

 

Since the funds are still not deposited after 2 weeks, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to review the status of the transaction. You can chat with us through this link: Contact Payments.
