Hi, Evan. I understand how inconvenient this is for you. Rules only apply to uncategorized transactions. If you create rules after categorizing transactions, they won’t affect those you’ve already reviewed.
Double check that your rule conditions match the actual bank feed descriptions and do not forget to toggle on Auto-add if you want to automatically confirm transactions this rule applies and Save it.

However, it’s unusual for none of your 40 rules to match any new transactions. I also recommend reaching out to our live support team so they can investigate any underlying issues related with this matter.
