@GlinetteC, yeah, we can do it one by one, but why not an entire statement or multiple trans at once? What's the difference?

One at a time it is absolutely unacceptable. If I can reconcile the statement then I should be able to unreconcilable! QuickBooks is creating a time consuming process in that garbage.
That is absolutely unacceptable there’s no reason why I should not be able to undo an entire statement. I would like to know why?
They will never answer the question. We need another program to use. QB has gotten to big with no competition!
Well, this is the world we live in...You may try others, but having no option to unreconcile a whole statement won't bother me that much. I don't usually unreconcile transactions
Well I’m new to QuickBooks and didn’t realize this was that big of an issue. Unreconcilable one at a time is way too time-consuming and it really doesn’t unreconcile the statement. But I’m glad you’re perfect.
You see, I tried to help by asking the representative why we cannot unreconcile multiple transactions at once. I understand this option can help you a lot, but you can’t just go in and bark @ intuit for not having that option. You (and everyone else) should do your research about the features before you subscribe.that's all
I guess you read every last word of all small print?? Also, that option should be available no matter what! You sound like an QB employee, Help someone else if you are not with me. Thank you.
Also, if me and everyone else feel the same you are the odd one out so mind your owe business!
