Tried that already.  Didn’t work.  Could it be because I only use an IPad?

The one you're experiencing with the mobile application while working with your transactions doesn't really because of the IPad you're using. Restarting and other troubleshooting mentioned by the previous representatives in this thread are commonly used to fix this kind of behavior.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback.
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
