Do you wish to accept ACH payment for free? You need to utilize an additional app.
So basically any time someone pays my invoice, I get charged? Anytime I use instant deposit to my QB debit card, I get charged? This is nonsense because QB already takes a fee when payments come in.
Hello there, @userinfo95.
I'd like to add some clarifications regarding the processing fee for customers' payments in QuickBooks Online.
The bank charges for the customer's payment in the system are per transaction. Fees also depend on how you processed the payment.
Here's the updated processing fee per transaction:

I definitely need to schedule a call with someone. The main reason I'm asking is because I keep getting like 4 over draft fees from my bank due to Intuit trying to debit my bank account. So I need to figure out a way to stop this. It's very frustrating trying to get over draft fees waived everyday.
I would like to know what the additional app is that needs to be utilized. I just started with QuickBooks for a month now and the fees are frustrating. If I am using the QB bank account to transfer money into, I get charged even though it said there are no fees when I utilize that bank? And I am running into the same issue with overdraft fees with my connected bank account because of this. I’m not understanding the benefit of this option now.
Thanks for joining us here today, @Concerned.
I'll share some information about the additional app. You can visit our site to check for an available third-party app that supports free ACH or merchant payments.
Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
Just type "ACH" in the search field.
About the overdraft fees, it's best to contact our QuickBooks Payments Team. This way, we can verify the transaction. Please follow the above steps to reach out.
I'm attaching this link here if you need help with other payment tasks. Choose a topic that fits your concern.
Please know that you're always welcome to swing by if you still have questions or concerns with payments. I'm always here for you. Take care and have a good one.
