Let's try to download reports outside QuickBooks and see if it still shows zero amount. However, if you're able to export the correct amount, I'd suggest contacting our Customer support Team. They can further investigate this and provide you other troubleshooting steps.

Also, make sure that your exporting reports require Microsoft Excel 2019, 2016, 2013, or Microsoft 365 (includes 64-bit), so you can avoid any issues.
Please know that our support hours are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday.

I have determined that the issue is with the current version of LibreOffice Calc. This can be resolved by performing the hard recalculate in LibreOffice Calc.
