Let's confirm if you're experiencing a browser-related issue by logging in to your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private window.
Use these keyboard shortcuts below:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
Once logged in, check to see if the previous transaction detail pulls in a new transaction for the same vendor. If that works, go back to your regular browser and start clearing its cache.
Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
