I'm here to help you figure out why you can' connect your bank in QuickBooks Online.
Are you receiving a specific error message when connecting your CC? And, Can you let me know the name of your bank? This information will help me determine if other users are having the same issue.
In the meantime, you'll want to check with your financial institution if they undergo system maintenance. Or, try signing into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related issue.
Here's how:
If you can connect your bank successfully, return to your default browser and clear its cache to refresh the system. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.
Reach out to me if you need anything else, I’ll be sure to get back to you. Have a wonderful day!
There is no error message that I'm seeing, it has just dropped the credit card account off the connected accounts. The two savings accounts are still there. When I delete everything and try to reconnect, the CC account shows up and I try to connect all three accounts. When it finishes, the CC account isn't there, but the two savings accounts are.
I tried reconnecting/adding a new account in an incognito window and when I put in the bank acct info, it doesn't show the CC account there either. I'm at a loss, but this is incredibly frustrating to be happening right at tax time. This is has been happening over the course of a week. I purposely waited to see if it maybe it would work itself out, but it's still a problem a week later.
My bank is Cyprus Credit Union.
