To resolve this, let's try manually updating your connected bank account to trigger updates on it. Here's how:
Once completed, you can now start reviewing and categorizing your downloaded debit transactions. However, if the transactions are still not downloaded, you'd want to download it directly from your bank's website in a file that QBO supports, like a CSV file. Once completed, you can import it.
