Receipt/ Bill sender need to signup for QBO

Hi,

I have read this https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/accounts-payable/email-receipts-bills...

But my question is that the new user who is invited, will he need to

1 Signup for QBO account ?
2 Any charges for that ?

QuickBooks Online allows you to invite users to help with your company's bookkeeping. Usage limits vary by subscription. Thus, there are no additional charges for adding new users. You can check out this article to determine how many users you can add: Usage limits.

Additionally, you can give each user certain permissions to do specific tasks.

You can swing by anytime you have any follow-up questions about forwarding images of receipts and bills to QuickBooks. I'd be happy to answer them for you.

Thanks for getting back to us, Navneet.

When you invite a user either as an accountant or a regular one, they don't need to purchase QuickBooks. Just a heads up, to avoid messing up their account, ensure that when inviting a user, the email address they'll be using is not associated to any Intuit accounts.

So as far as I understand that a person will

1 need to signup for intuit account.

2 not chargeable but depends on user account limit.
