Based on the problems and troubleshooting steps you've already tried to help, I recommend contact our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use more advanced tools to review your account on the back end and see what's happening. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Hit the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the problem and click Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to get a callback.
