Hello Everyone;
I would like to know if anyone is experiencing banking connections with Huntington bank? Every time I login to my account and/or my clients, QuickBooks is requiring that the bank account be reconnected. I'm not understanding. I work on my clients bank reconciliations at odd times and they are not always accessible to reconnect the account for me when I'm ready to work on it. I told my clients that once they connect the account even if they change the password I would still be connected to perform the bank reconciliations and that's not the case. Is this normal? If not what can I to correct this problem? Below is the message I continue to get even after I have the client reconnect the banking account to QuickBooks.

Hello,
I have been receiving this same issue for over 6 months. I was told by a support engineer that this is being worked on. This is my last ditch effort before I cancel. I honestly do not want to change my entire accounting system, but this is a big deal and I can't even connect at all anymore. I just keep getting a loop and the system keeps asking me for the pin from Huntington. I enter it in and the system just keeps looping over and over again.
I use the $85/month service and the fact that this is still an issue is very unsettling. Is there any kind of ETA on when this will get fixed?
I completely understand your challenges with this ongoing issue, @ketan123.
I'm here to help address this matter and provide you with the support you need.
At the moment, we don't have a specific timeframe for when this will be resolved. However, please be assured that we will keep you informed as soon as a solution is in place.
Meanwhile, you can manually import your transactions into QuickBooks Online. For detailed steps, please utilize this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. The transactions go into your accounts after you review them.

You can use MT Online of one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Otherwise, time to explore other accounting apps. You can convert your data to QB Desktop file format and use the trial version for good to access your historical data. Then you can start from scratch in another program to lower your conversion costs.
