Service Notice

I have been getting this Service Notice about needing to reconnect all Chase Bank accounts. I have disconnected and reconnected 3 times the last following QB's online instruction to the letter and i still get the Service Notice which says to me I havent done it correctly. Can anyone help guide as to what i have done wrong?

I'm here to lend a hand, @Chris Dyck. I have some information about how you can fix your Chase bank account connection issue. 

 

You're on the right track in reconnecting your bank account. However, the required account reconnection for Chase Bank is on or before Sept. 27, 2022. That's why, even after disconnecting and reconnecting your bank account, the service error persists.

 

When that date comes, I recommend following the detailed steps in this article: Refresh your connection for Express Web Connect online banking. But before you proceed, please update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release and create a backup file.
