Set up for Amazon function in Lab for SE no success. Stuck on CAPTCHA, will this be addressed? Anyone have success logging in, if so how?

I'd be glad to offer my assistance with the Amazon function in Labs. To make sure that I give you the best solution, are you receiving any error messages? If you're given this message, "Error connecting to Amazon. Please check your credentials and try again," then I recommend one of two options:

  • Clear your browsing data. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh page to remove any error messages or glitches that may be occurring.
  • Reset your password within Amazon.

Why doesn’t QBSE disable Amazon in the labs until it works? This has been a known problem for months.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. To isolate this case, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team, as they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and to determine what causes this feature not working in your end.
