I have multiple questions about setting up Quickbooks and thought it would be great if answers available through community.
Is there a way to have 2 user accounts in 2 different windows open at the same time? Manage account opens same account and no option to open a different account.
Is there a way to see 2 different forms at the same time. I am not sure what to call them but for example-I am reconciling and want to see the register for that account at the same time. If I open a separate browser window to do that-what happens when changes are made from one or the other?
I have downloaded bank transactions before but now cannot find sidebar tab to do that. I used to click banking-banking and the only option there now is Quick Books Checking (after banking). How to I get to the old banking page that had the option to upload a QBO file.
Also, the sidebar now completely different. Missing a Dashboard tab-which is not even in option list. No reports. I guess question here is how to I get this new sidebar back to the same as I now have for a second account. screen shots attached.
When importing from desktop account, I have ended up with scores of unmatched items in matching bank transactions. Is there a way to remove them in bulk. Seems only way is one at a time.
Good to see you here in the Community, @MVEBA.
Yes. Multiple users can work concurrently from various workstations using QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, they must avoid editing a transaction at the same time.
Also, each user may need to refresh to see immediate entries by others. Just log in to your account and make sure other users have permission or access rights.
You can visit this reference to learn more about the different options for user roles: User roles and access rights in QBO.
Additionally, make sure to save your work if you want to open a different browser. However, if some options on the banking page are missing, there may be a browser issue. To fix it, we'll perform some basic troubleshooting.
Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best spot to isolate web issues.
If the banking page appears while you are browsing privately, switch back to your default browser and delete its cache to reload the application. To avoid and resolve problems like this, we suggest our users to periodically delete them.
Moreover, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

No change. My home account opens fine but in the business side I click on "banking" in side bar, the only banking mention in dropdown is QuickBooks Checking, Capital, Business Credit Score, PPP Center.
Nothing about access to my bank accounts. All those pages go to some kind of marketing pages.

I am really frustrated with the transition to online. When I first ordered a few weeks ago, there was no indication either within desktop messages or when signing up for online.
I now find out there are desktop versions for $350 (250 on sale). I guess the question is why would someone pay $4,320 for 2 accounts (one home , one business) to get the same activities I get in one desktop account. I would just go back to desktop but not completely trusting of support to help me through that process of transferring past 5 weeks of data. (First support person told me no help available to go back. I’ve learned to hang up and get a different support person as soon as I sense them drifting and no answers)
