Snapping receipts, Everytime, it says "Missing info"

Snapping receipts, Everytime, it says "Missing info". So I have to click on the receipt, in the review tab, and Add Payment Accout. but I only have one option in the "Add Payment Accout". is there any way I can just set something as a default so I do not have to do this every single time?

To start, the Missing info message indicates that some required fields are not completed during the review, or the receipt is still in the FOR REVIEW section, awaiting necessary details. It’s important to ensure all info, such as the due date, vendor, and category, is filled out before being saved.

 

Meanwhile, the QuickBooks Online app currently does not allow setting a default payment account for your receipts. However, you can streamline your workflow by selecting your payment account each time you review a snapped receipt.

 

Additionally, review and categorize your expense receipts or bills to the correct accounts to keep your records organized and streamline the reconciliation process.
