If you're going to sign up for a new QuickBooks Self-Employed account, you'll want to cancel your old subscription and completely start over with a new one.
To cancel, here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed company and go to the Setting > Billing info.
- Click the Cancel now link.
- Enter your feedback when prompted, then select Cancel subscription.

Once done, you can visit our website here: Choose the plan that's right for your business and sign up for the new QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
