Starting over lost everything with qb

I'd like to help, hmb-bryant.

 

If you're going to sign up for a new QuickBooks Self-Employed account, you'll want to cancel your old subscription and completely start over with a new one. 

 

To cancel, here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed company and go to the Setting Billing info.
  2. Click the Cancel now link.
  3. Enter your feedback when prompted, then select Cancel subscription

You can also cancel your account using the mobile app. Here's an article for the instructions: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription

 

Once done, you can visit our website here: Choose the plan that's right for your business and sign up for the new QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
