I'd be happy to shed some light on why a few of your transactions are not appearing in QuickBooks.
The timeframe for downloading transactions into QuickBooks depends on the rules set by your bank. Your bank may only allow up to a number of days, which could be a reason why you're missing some prior transactions. If this is the case, you'll need to manually import them into QuickBooks.
Additionally, before reconciling an account, make sure you've reviewed and categorized your transactions. This guarantees that the transactions will show on the bank register during reconciliation.
I'll leave this article on how to ensure your CSV files are formatted correctly to manually upload transactions to QuickBooks: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Feel free to leave a reply if you have any other questions about your transactions. I'll be around to help out.
Thanks, Ann Marie! I have completed the steps you’ve mentioned here. Currently my issue seems to be the only format my bank offers for statement download is PDF and Quickbooks doesn’t seem to acknowledge that as a readable format.
Hello there, lacydavidson. Let's work together to fix the syncing issues you're experiencing.
When linking your bank and credit card account for the first time in QuickBooks, you can choose the timeframe for downloading transactions. Some banks offer the last 90 days, while others provide up to 24 months, depending on your bank. It might be the reason three months' transactions didn't show.
Consider manually uploading your transactions in QuickBooks by creating a CSV file following the required format.
Here's how to upload the data:
Check this guide for more details: Manually upload transactions.
You can also use a converter tool to change data from PDF to CSV or Excel file. Check out this link for options: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/en-us/.
