Hi there, @ahettlinger,
Thank you for reaching out! I'd be delighted to help you identify the issue of why this record doesn't show up when trying to match it with the downloaded transaction. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to connect the two.
There are cases where some of the transactions can’t find their match from existing records. Mostly it happens when the payees, amounts, and dates aren't the same. You'll want to review their details by following these steps below:
- Go to the Sales or Expenses menu and select All Sales or Expenses.
- Click the Filter dropdown menu.
- From the Type dropdown menu, choose your desired transaction type.

- Hit Apply.
- Open that specific entry and check the details.
After that, go back to your bank feeds and see if it appears. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu and then Banking.
- Pick the tile for the account you want to review.
- Select the For Review tab to start your review.
- Click the transaction to expand the view.
- Choose Find match.

- You may use filters/search to locate it. Remember to use a dollar sign or decimal point when searching for dollar amounts.
- Select it and Save.
If you've done them but are yet unable to find it, it can be due to outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
If it shows, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. Alternatively, you may use a different supported one. You may also consider linking your bank or downloading your transactions again.
Visit me here again in the Community if you need further assistance managing your bank feeds and keep me posted on how these steps help you clear them up. I'm determined to help you succeed.
