Unable to run payroll

Dear intuit,

   I've been unable to run payroll for 3 weeks.  I'm unable to give employees Thier w2 for 2021 and the deadline is approaching.

 

Im told my account is on hold and I have no subscription.  However I do have a subscription and I have been billed.

 

I've spend about 25 hours on the phone over these last 3 weeks.  No resolution and I'm about ready to be in trouble with everyone.

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our service. I believe that this shouldn't happen since your account has already been billed.


I'd really love to sort this out for you here. However, the ability to pull up your account details and billing history is done by our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to protect your personal information.

 

To ensure that this will taken care of the soonest, I'd still recommend contacting our supports so we can take a check your account in a safe environment. Then, reactivate your payroll services. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

I guess you did not really read my message.   I have called support daily.   Nobody can help me.  They just say engineers are working on it.
