any response to manually adding back an account in the bank feed setup?
Hey there, mj sparks. Let me help you sort this out.
If your bank (PNC) no longer supports Internet Explorer (IE), you may be able to use Web Connect files. This way, you can manually add the bank account to the bank feeds using this feature.
Here's how:
You can get more details about how this process works in QuickBooks Desktop in the following article: Set up bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop. On the same link, you'll find a video to serve as your visual guide.
Additionally, The following write-up is a good reference: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop. It includes steps to fix OLSU-1011, OLSU-1014, OL-202, and OL-206 banking errors.
Please let me know if there's anything else you need. I want to make sure this is resolved and you're back to running your normal business processing. Have a good one
Thank you for your feedback but what I am asking is how to choose an account that is not in my bank feed list. Because a QB support member had me remove them. So now when I try to import they are not in the list of accounts to chose from, but because I can not connect to the bank web feed through QuickBooks I do not know how to add the existing accounts to bank feeds?
Any response on how to manually add back an existing account to my bank feed list so I can manually use the web connect files? Really need this to be sorted out!
I'll take care of this at the soonest moment, @mj sparks. Thanks for attaching a screenshot.
