What should we do to enable to exchange data with quickbooks enterprise with hosting version?

If you're referring to replacing/exchanging the Company file that is being hosted. All you need to do is to copy-paste it, make sure that both files have the same company name/file name.

Before doing so, set your company file to open in Multi-user. Here's how:

1. Click the File menu.
2. Select Open or Restore Company.
3. Choose Open a company file, and then click Next. 
4. In the Open a Company window, check the Open file in multi-user mode box at the bottom.

Thanks to your answer, unfortunately, we do not to change the company file,we want to get data from quickbooks enterprise,such as get an account info ,we also want to create a new account or item in quickbooks enterprise  like using the api of quickbooks online.

With QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with Hosting, your software and data are stored securely on remote servers, not on your office computers. Meanwhile, QuickBooks Desktop requires 3 conditions be met before it can allow to access and share company files:

• Windows File permissions: The user who is logged in must have permissions set to Full control, which includes permission to look at, open, and modify the file.
• Database Server mode: The database server can successfully open the company file.
• QuickBooks User login: Each user must have a QuickBooks user login and password.

Afaik, when you are hosting your data file of Enterprise edition on Right Network, you are not be able to sync it to other apps. Consider to host your data file locally and deploy a private cloud. Then you will be able to sync it to other apps.

First,thank you all for the reply. But I am a little confused, do you mean that if we use the quickbook enterprise with hosting,we can only use quickbooks desktop development to accsess quickbook datas, and the login user to the hosting server should have the modify authority of the windows file? 

So,if we want to deploy apps on hosting ,we must contact the hosting provider for help?

Thanks for your info. we just bought the quickbooks enterprise with hosting version,if we put it in our private cloud,then how can we sync data from cloud to hosting.

So it means that there is no tool or api(like api provided for quickbooks online) to access data from quickbooks enterprise with hosting? 

imho, QB Enterprise with hosting by RN = QB Self-Employed. I have yet to find any apps supports both platforms. When you are hosting your data file localy and deploy the private cloud, it will sync automatically. Every users may open the same company file regardless how they access it (i.e LAN or internet). Then you may install or sync your QuickBooks Host with other available apps.

You can share the data through the vendor or customer tab. You can go to the custom fields tab, and then you can add the data through the tab. Or if you are taking up Enterprise hosting with a cloud service provider, the best way to use it is to increase users' number by asking them. Once the users are increased, the data will be automatically exchanged as well.
