whAT TO DO WHEN MY CHASE ACCOUNT AND QUICKBOOKS REFLEC DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS?

Allow me to assist you in ensuring your bank transactions remain accurate, Giovanni.

Sometimes, the connection between Chase and QuickBooks Online (QBO) may become outdated or temporarily disrupted. To begin troubleshooting, please navigate to the Bank Transactions tab in QBO and click the Update button to refresh your bank feed.

Please note that banks and QBO operate on different schedules for sending and posting transactions, which can occasionally result in temporary discrepancies. If you notice recent transactions in your Chase account that are not appearing in QuickBooks after updating the bank feed, it is advisable to wait a couple of days for the data to appear.

If you have recently linked your Chase account to QuickBooks Online, please note that the duration of historical transactions imported varies by bank. Some financial institutions allow downloads of up to the last 90 days, while others may provide up to 24 months. To ensure all your financial data is current and accurately reflected in your accounting records, you might consider manually uploading transactions from your Chase account.

If any of these steps won't work for you, I suggest contacting our Live Support team. They have the tools and expertise to investigate your case and provide a prompt resolution.
