Thanks for your prompt response, @mull1.
I know how much you wanted to match the transactions from your bank feeds to the records in QuickBooks Online. I'll be sharing additional information to resolve your concern.
After clicking the Find match option, you should see the Matching transactions window where the sales or expense list appears to select one of them. Please see my sample screenshot below:
In addition, make sure to adjust the fields for Show, Search, and the From and To (Dates) to narrow down your searches.
Furthermore, you may be having an issue with your browser since the screen doesn't appear. If this is the case, you can isolate this by running QuickBooks Online in a private browser or incognito. This browser mode is free from cache files that can interrupt QuickBooks Online functionalities.
While opening a supported browser, use of these keyboard shortcuts:
After logging in, redo the process. If you can see the Matching transactions window, I suggest getting back to your regular browser and clearing its cache. Doing this helps the system to run better. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
Once everything looks fine, you can directly use the methods we share. Like editing the date in your expense or sales record (must be a few days earlier or an advance date than the actual time it was posted in your real-time bank history) to let the system find a match automatically in the For review tab.
Or do a manual search by opening a transaction, then tick the Find match option and narrow down your searches. Please see the details in this article on the Match an existing transaction section: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I'll still be here if you need further assistance or concerns about matching your bank feed transactions in QuickBooks Online. Stay safe and well.

The problem is certainly not resolved. I am curious why you think it was. In my last post, I wrote that Quickbooks support did not return any calls for three days.
Just to clarify, I got to the point where you ask for a human. No one ever returned the calls.
I was reviewing your answer to this question as I was hoping it might help with a situation I am having. When I select the "find match" it is pulling up a large list of items that have already been matched? Shouldn't these no longer be seen in the 'find match' feature?
I was reviewing your answer to this question as I was hoping it might help me with a situation I am having. Currently when I click on the "find match" for a transaction it pulls up a list of items, where many of them have already been matched. Why is it doing this? Shouldn't these no longer appear because they have already been matched with another transaction?
Welcome to the Community, Debsteranne.
When viewing your Find match screen, the Matching records found section will display already-matched transactions because they may be the proper match for the transaction you're in the process of matching.
You can choose the correct transaction, then select your Match button to match the records together. This process helps avoid duplicates.

Hi there, I just found a bank transaction for deposit. After I click on match and go back to check customer transactoin. There is no deduction shown up in customer account. In addition, when I select GO TO Register, the transaction wasn't there either. I have no where to find this deposit transaction any more.
Hi there, Anmin. When you match a transaction in the For Review tab, it automatically transfers to the Categorized tab. I'm here to help you track it down.
We can look for that specific transaction by following these steps:
If the transaction did not appear, head over to the Excluded tab. Then, hit Undo to bring it back to the For Review tab.
