When I set a payment in the page of sales its suposed to disappear in the bank extrat in bank separator? The Payee is the same and the value too.

If you’ve set up an auto adding rule, then the matching transaction should disappear, vasco1.

This transaction will no longer show in your For Review page and will auto-add to your bank’s register. If not, the system will recognize the matching transaction as a record found. You can then click Match under Action to add it manually.

I ! I Have add the payment manual on the separator Sales but it wont desapear on the bank register.
It says to match whit the sales recipt my question is if i click in Add it will duplicate my payment?

Hi there, issho.

Clicking on Add means that the transactions do not exist in the register, and you want to add them in.

Since you've already created the sales in the register, you can use the Find match option. It means you are matching them to your entries in QuickBooks Online. This process doesn't create duplicates, and it will be easier for you to reconcile your bank account.
