Clicking on Add means that the transactions do not exist in the register, and you want to add them in.
Since you've already created the sales in the register, you can use the Find match option. It means you are matching them to your entries in QuickBooks Online. This process doesn't create duplicates, and it will be easier for you to reconcile your bank account.
