In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the transactions will automatically download and can usually be seen in your account. Since other banks will let you download your transactions for up to 24 months and some only allow 90 days, this concludes that if you download your transactions, it will depend on your bank. This is why seeing your transactions from April 2023 up to September 2023 is unavailable.
If you want to get your older transactions, you'll have to manually upload it in QBO. To do so, you'll have to download the transactions first from your bank. Follow the instructions on how to download CSV files. After downloading, proceed to upload the transactions manually.

After uploading your transactions, you can categorize your online bank transactions in QBO and reconcile them.
