Where can I download the quickbooks online desktop application for windows?

To download the QuickBooks Online desktop app, you'll need a Windows 64-bit computer and you need to be a QuickBooks Online subscriber or an accountant with a QuickBooks Online Accountant. Alternatively, you can use your QBO Advanced account to download the app.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to 'Settings.' 

2. Click on 'Get the desktop app.'

3. Select and save the .exe file and open the QuickBooks Setup file to install. 

4. Once installed, use the shortcut to open the app. 

5. Enter your user ID and password and select your company. 

6. Customize the app as per your preference. 

7. You're all set!

After installation, use the shortcut to access your QuickBooks account. The app will sign you in automatically unless you sign out, and this feature lasts for 6 months.

Downloading the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app via the Gear icon is only available on QBO Advanced and Accountant versions. Also, it needs a Windows 64-bit processor in your software to have the feature.
