Hello,

Uploaded transactions should appear in the FOR REVIEW section of your Banking Tab the same as downloaded transactions.

If they are not appearing, try logging out, clearing your browser cache and logging back in.

Greetings, @info13

Thank you for posting in the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to help share some additional information about uploading CSV files into QuickBooks.

When you click Let's Go in the Bank upload file window, QuickBooks uploads the bank transactions into the accounts you've selected. @MarshallA is correct that the uploaded transactions appear on the For Review tab

Here's how to check:

  1. On the left pane, select Banking.
  2. At the top left, select the Banking tab.
  3. Under Bank and Credit Cards, select the correct account.
  4. Click the For Review tab.

If you'll find them on that page, you can proceed to add, categorize, or match the transactions.

However, if they are still missing, make sure your file doesn't break any of these restrictions:

  • 0's are not allowed anywhere in the file, e.g $0 should be left blank
  • Ensure there are no ( ) used for negative amounts and ensure the column(s) are formatted correctly.
  • $ symbols are not allowed, e.g $234 should be 234
  • Commas for thousands are not allowed, e.g 2,111 should be 2111
  • Other special characters such as #, %, and & are not allowed.
  • Correct any transactions with the amount showing in the description column
  • Remove the word “amount" if it appears in the credit or debit column, i.e. credit amount, debit amount
  • Correct and standardize the date format to a single format i.e. dd/mm/yyyy
  • MAC users must save the file as a Windows CSV file

After that, please try to import the transactions again. You can find more details and steps in this article: Import bank transactions from Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online.
