Deleting transactions in bulk is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Solopreneur, @nlane91.
At this time, you'll have to delete your duplicate transactions one at a time. Hover over the desired transactions and click the pencil icon to delete them. See this screenshot below:
Nonetheless, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers about adding a bulk deleting of bank transactions option so they can review it and might consider implementing it in the future. Please know that changes are also based on how popular a specific feature request is. Here's how:

Individually deleting hundreds of transactions is a non-starter. If I let my current subscription expire and start a new one down the road, will the transactions still be there?

I appreciate you asking additional questions.
The Solopreneur version of QuickBooks will allow you to access you data by view only for up to a year once you cancel or your subscription expires. After that year, the data will be deleted permanently.
