Deleting transactions in bulk is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Solopreneur, @nlane91.

At this time, you'll have to delete your duplicate transactions one at a time. Hover over the desired transactions and click the pencil icon to delete them. See this screenshot below:

Nonetheless, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers about adding a bulk deleting of bank transactions option so they can review it and might consider implementing it in the future. Please know that changes are also based on how popular a specific feature request is. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
  4. Click Next to submit them.

Additionally, take a look at these articles for further insight into the variances and similarities between QuickBooks Solopreneur and other QuickBooks offerings:

Individually deleting hundreds of transactions is a non-starter. If I let my current subscription expire and start a new one down the road, will the transactions still be there?

Hey there, @nlane91

I appreciate you asking additional questions.

The Solopreneur version of QuickBooks will allow you to access you data by view only for up to a year once you cancel or your subscription expires. After that year, the data will be deleted permanently.

You can review this guide for more details.

I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to reach back out.  Have a great day!
