Why are transactions delayed so long? Some not showing up for days at a time?

I've got some information and troubleshooting steps that you need in your delayed transactions, @

prai_18-yahoo-co.

I'm here to ensure your delayed transactions will show up in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) without a moment's prolong.

If you're referring to your banking transactions, QuickBooks depends on your bank when downloading your data into your account. You also have an option to manually update the connection. This way, the current entries will show up in your account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the right pane, then choose Bank accounts
  2. Click Refresh all
  3. Go back to the Transaction page and review the data.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest to manually import the data. Such that your QBSE account is up-to-date. Then categorize it whenever you're ready. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  2. Choose Import older transactions.
  3. Click Browse and pick your comma-separated values (CSV).

       4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish.

       5. Once done, review what you imported on the Transaction page.

On the other hand, if you're referring to your customer payments, the processing time depends on your deposit speed and type of payments. If you're using standard deposits, this will process every day except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. For instant deposits process every day of the year with no exceptions.

You can always check the status of processed payments in your Merchant account. This way, you'll know the deposit status and amount. Let me show you how.

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Choose Activities & Reports, then select Deposits.

      3. Pick the specific date range in the Dates field.

      4. Tap Search and review the status.

  • Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned- check your email to see the steps to fix the issue.
  • Funded- Successfully deposits the amount, and your money is on its way.

I'd fasten remarkable articles about payment fees, credit card declined, voiding transactions, and other banking topics.

Don't pause to let me know if you have other questions in handling your account. I'm here to help you out. Keep safe always.
